We currently ship to Australia, Canada, and the United States.

4. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking numbers once shipped. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch.

5. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping may be available for select items at checkout.

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.

7. Delays & Lost Packages

Shipping delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your package is lost in transit, we will resend or refund after confirming with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees charged by their country.

9. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double‑check your shipping details before confirming your order.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing.
